Online Teaching Certification Seminar | June 1 - July 13, 2026

All UMSL faculty/instructors teaching online are required to take the Online Teaching Certification Seminar (OTCS). The seminar supports the UM System-wide requirement that instructors teaching online courses be certified before teaching online, and Online Teaching Recertification meets the requirement that recertification occur every five years. The third cohort for 2026 begins on Monday, June 1. This is a six-week, asynchronous seminar course with weekly due dates. To learn more and to register, please visit the CTL website.
