St. Louis Trail Running Club Greensfelder park trail run. Meet at visitor center parking lot on right as you drive north on allenton rd into the park from 44 at the Six Flags highway exit. Plan on 6-8 miles with options for less mileage. Pace: 9-13 min per mile. Restrooms are usually available at the visitor center.
