Easter Brunch

This Easter, The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza invites hotel guests and St. Louis-area residents to celebrate the holiday with an elevated brunch buffet experience at its acclaimed on-site restaurant, The Preston. The menu will open with an appetizer buffet, featuring a chilled seafood display with shrimp, crab claws, and fresh oysters, along with an assortment of salads and small plates. Guests will select from à la carte entrées prepared by Chef Culley Freese and the culinary team, including herb-crusted prime rib, duck confit, and seared scallops, as well as brunch favorites such as Belgian waffles and made-to-order omelets. Children 12 and under may choose from a selection of kid-friendly entrées, including grilled cheese and tomato soup, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, cheese quesadillas, and a cheeseburger. The Preston’s pastry team will offer a lavish assortment of unique small-bite desserts, including chocolate espresso cheesecake, assorted macarons, chocolate peanut butter tart, and other seasonal specialties. View the full menu here. Brunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 5, 2026, and is priced at $85/adult and $32/child aged 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. For those who would like to enjoy a breakfast cocktail with their meal, bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys will be offered for an additional $26/person.
