Cliff Cave Trails, Sunday

St. Louis Trail Running Club Meet in the NEWER upper parking lot on left on cliff cave road BEFORE the bridge linking the two park areas. There are new trails up above the cave to run also. There are about 4-6 miles of trail. Pace: 9-15 min per mile. Restrooms are usually available.
