`Ignite` Spring Concert

The St. Louis Children’s Choirs invites the community to "Ignite" - our Spring Concerts that celebrate the culmination of our 48th season. Taking place on May 9, 2026, at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center, "Ignite" is a joyful and dynamic showcase of the artistry, dedication, and spirit of SLCC’s singers. This year’s spring concerts are presented in two performances, allowing each ensemble to shine while highlighting the shared journey that connects singers across ages and experience levels. The 2:00 PM concert features Concert Choir, Cantus, and Choristers, offering powerful performances shaped by musical maturity, expressive depth, and collaborative excellence. The 6:00 PM concert features Music Makers, Children’s Choir, and Chorale, celebrating curiosity, growth, and the foundational joy of singing together. The theme "Ignite" reflects the spark that music lights within each singer - confidence, creativity, discipline, and connection. Throughout the season, SLCC’s young artists have worked diligently to refine their craft, build meaningful relationships, and develop as musicians and individuals. These concerts represent not only what they have learned, but who they have become through music.
