Sciences of Reading and Literacy Book Study and Presentation

Join us for the second quarterly Sciences of Reading and Literacy Book Study. We will read, reflect, and discuss on instructional practices and advanced phonics. The book we will read is written by Dr. Alfred Tatum and is called "Teaching Black Boys in the Elementary Grades: Advanced Discilinary Reading and Writing to Secure their Futures." Dr. Alfred Tatum will give a presentation and engage in dialogue with participants. This is an online event. The first 30 registrants will get a free copy of the book mailed to them as long as they register by October 31.
