St. Louis Classical Guitar: Music and Antiquities

As part of the public opening of Visions of Antiquity, St. Louis Classical Guitar will present a short concert exploring how the expansion of harmony and vocal expression in the Renaissance period has parallels to the development of jazz vocal music from the 20th century. The concert will feature Renaissance and early Baroque guitar music performed by Patrick Rafferty, a classical guitarist and early music expert. The second half of the concert will feature Kim Fuller, jazz vocalist; Dan Rubright, guitar; Steve Davis, drums; and Dan Eubanks, acoustic bass. No tickets are required for this free concert. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
