VITA/Gateway EITC provides free tax service to people with medium to low income at the McClay Branch by appointment only. Please go to our online scheduling system or call 636-441-7477 to make an appointment beginning January 2, 2025.The IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program has operated for over 50 years. VITA sites offer free tax help to people who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. VITA sites are staffed by IRS-certified volunteers.Please only sign up for one slot on one day to give others a chance to also use this service.
