ARC Angels Foundation: What's Next?

What’s Next is a transitional program designed to support young people as they navigate significant life changes such as graduation, career decisions, changes in family dynamics, or other major milestones. These transitional periods can bring uncertainty, stress, and emotional challenges that directly impact mental health. Through guided discussion and education, this program helps participants understand how change affects emotional well-being while introducing healthy coping strategies, practical tools, and resources. “What’s Next” empowers young people to build resilience, recognize when additional support may be needed, and take proactive steps toward maintaining positive mental health during times of transition.At the end of each program, an A.R.C. Angels t-shirt and information about free mental health and suicide resources are provided.
