Brunch With A Legislator

The Graduate Association of School Psychologists (GrASP) cordially invites all UMSL students, faculty, community members to attend Brunch With A Legislator. This event engages directly with policymakers on issues impacting education, mental health, and public service for those with a passion for advocacy! With panelists with extensive professional backgrounds, this event promotes practice of professional advocacy skills in a supportive, structured environment and the learning of legislative processes and how to effectively communicate with elected officials. Come build connections that may support future collaboration and civic involvement with a provided brunch by UMSL Catering! Panelists include Andrew Loiterstein and Mya Canty from NAMI STL; Senator Tracy McCreery; Senator Brian Williams; and House Representative LaDonna Appelbaum.
